You will be building, explaining, troubleshooting, and evolving systems with clients live.The RoleWe’re looking for a technical n8n Automation Engineer who is equally comfortable building complex workflows and working directly with clients.You WillDesign and maintain n8n workflowsSupport clients through daily technical drop-in sessionsRun client calls to understand requirements, debug issues, and guide implementationAct as a bridge between technical systems and non-technical foundersThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on automation and human interaction.You’ll report into Delivery / Client Operations and work closely with consultants and operators.What You’ll DoWorkflow Engineering (Core Responsibility)Build, optimize, and maintain n8n workflows for automation across sales, operations, onboarding, and internal processesDebug, refactor, and scale workflows for reliability and performanceEnsure workflows are production-ready, documented, and reusableClient-Facing Technical EnablementRun daily technical drop-in sessions with clients (live troubleshooting, guidance, and implementation support)Join client calls to:Understand automation needsTranslate business logic into workflowsExplain how systems work in clear, non-jargon languageProvide calm, structured support to less-technical founders and operatorsSystems & IntegrationsIntegrate n8n with tools such as:CRMs, Airtable, Google SheetsAPIs (internal and third-party)Webhooks, databases, and SaaS toolsDesign workflows that handle:Syncing between platformsTrigger-based and scheduled automationsWork closely with consultants, delivery leads, and operations teamsIdentify recurring client issues and convert them into scalable workflow solutionsImprove documentation, templates, and standard workflowsProactively suggest improvements to systems and client experienceRequirementsTechnical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with n8n (required)Solid understanding of automation logic, APIs, and webhooksExperience building workflows that run reliably at scaleComfort working across multiple tools and systemsClient & Communication SkillsComfortable running client-facing callsEnglish fluency is a MustAble to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured wayConfident guiding clients through setup, troubleshooting, and best practicesCalm, professional, and solutions-oriented when issues ariseWorking StyleHigh ownership and accountabilityComfortable working independently in a fast-moving environmentOrganized, reliable, and proactiveEnjoys problem-solving and continuous learningNice To Have (Not Required)Experience with Airtable, CRMs, or data-heavy workflowsExposure to AI/LLM integrationsBackground in consulting, solutions engineering, or technical supportExperience supporting founders or non-technical clientsHow to ApplyPlease SubmitYour CVExamples of n8n workflows you’ve built (screenshots, explanations, or demos are fine)Optional: GitHub, Loom walkthroughs, or documentation samplesWe care less about buzzwords and more about how you think, build, and communicate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
