Il suo obiettivo principale è garantire un'esperienza impeccabile ed esclusiva per tutta la vacanza, anticipando le necessità del cliente e risolvendo eventuali complaint in tempo reale.Dettagli sul cliente DMC di fascia luxury specializzata nell'offerta di un'ampia gamma di esperienze, finalizzate alla scoperta delle bellezze del territorio italiano.Descrizione Il/la candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità:Accoglienza ospiti all'arrivo e assistenza durante tutta la permanenzaCoordinamento con fornitori locali (trasferimenti, guide, hotel, ristoranti)Controllo qualità delle esperienze erogateGestione di eventuali imprevisti o complaint in modo proattivoSupporto nella personalizzazione dell'esperienza secondo le preferenze del clienteMonitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente e raccolta feedbackReportistica giornaliera sulle attività svolteProfilo del Candidato Il/la candidato/a ha le seguenti caratteristiche:Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di front office, hospitality o customer care nel settore del turismoOttima conoscenza dell'inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus)Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di problem-solvingFlessibilità, autonomia e attitudine al lavoro in movimentoConoscenza approfondita del territorioCreatività, spirito innovativo e capacità di pensare strategicamenteOfferta di lavoro Ottima opportunità di carriera.Location: Genzano di Roma, Latium, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
