A Taste of What Youll Be Doing Order Management Excellence Manage the full customer order lifecycle, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Multi-Channel Order Processing Handle orders in SAP coming from EDI, Omprompt, and manual entry. Pricing and Adjustments Execute discount adjustments and reprice orders as needed. Stock Coordination Conduct stock checks, prioritize allocations, and manage customizations (SKU, quantity, delivery dates). Issue Resolution Troubleshoot order issues such as dummy EDI entries or truck overcapacity. Were Looking for Someone With Experience in logistics or customer service, with a strong focus on SAP-based order management. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively across teams. A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate SAP modules such as Order to Cash, APO, and Returns.
