Backend Engineering Team Manager

In this role, you will lead and mentor a backend engineering team within a modern, remote-first technology environment. You will balance people leadership with technical guidance, ensuring smooth execution of complex projects while fostering individual growth and team cohesion. Working closely with Product and Design, you will help turn strategic roadmaps into reliable, scalable solutions delivered iteratively with customer impact in mind. You will play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and developing talent, while continuously improving processes suited to a globally distributed setup.
