Buyer at MiCROTEC - Innovating WoodAs an employee in the purchasing department, you will be responsible for purchasing materials and parts with a focus on catalog items and components with technical specifications. In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring competitive pricing, optimal delivery terms, and strong supplier relationships.This position is open for both our office in Brixen or Mestre.ResponsibilitiesScouting of new suppliers, analyze supplier quotations and lead negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, delivery, and commercial terms mainly for electronic and/or mechanical commoditiesIssuing purchase orders, tracking delivery dates (expediting), managing order confirmations, and supporting other departments in case of discrepancies between orders, goods received, and invoicesMonitoring supplier quality in cooperation with other departments, handling complaints, and deviations from our Company requirementsActively participating in the regular evaluation of supplier performance based on KPIs such as punctuality and qualityClose collaboration with project management, production, warehouse and logistic teams to ensure optimal coordination of procurement processes and the smooth execution of projectsQualificationsQualification in a technical or economic fieldPreferably at least two years of experience in a similar role and familiarity with electronic and/or mechanical commoditiesStrong communication and negotiation skills, attention to details, result orientation, and ability to work in a teamGood knowledge of English and ItalianProficient in using MS Office programsSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionPurchasingAutomation Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
