In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring competitive pricing, optimal delivery terms, and strong supplier relationships. This position is open for both our office in Brixen or Mestre. Responsibilities Scouting of new suppliers, analyze supplier quotations and lead negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, delivery, and commercial terms mainly for electronic and/or mechanical commodities Issuing purchase orders, tracking delivery dates (expediting), managing order confirmations, and supporting other departments in case of discrepancies between orders, goods received, and invoices Monitoring supplier quality in cooperation with other departments, handling complaints, and deviations from our Company requirements Actively participating in the regular evaluation of supplier performance based on KPIs such as punctuality and quality Close collaboration with project management, production, warehouse and logistic teams to ensure optimal coordination of procurement processes and the smooth execution of projects Qualifications Qualification in a technical or economic field Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role and familiarity with electronic and/or mechanical commodities Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to details, result orientation, and ability to work in a team Good knowledge of English and Italian Proficient in using MS Office programs Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Purchasing Automation Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
