OverviewA leading international contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their growing operations in Lisbon, supporting the delivery of major industrial, logistics, and mission critical construction projects across Portugal and the wider Iberian market.ResponsibilitiesLead monthly commercial reporting, forecasting, and cost / value reconciliations.Support contract administration, change control, and risk management.Assist in developing project budgets and ensuring robust cost control throughout the project lifecycle.Work closely with the site and project management teams to ensure projects deliver within budget and in line with commercial expectations.Contribute to the company's growth in the Portuguese market by supporting strategic bids and long-term frameworks.QualificationsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related field.Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS on large-scale construction projects.Background working with a main contractor, ideally in industrial, logistics, or mission critical sectors.Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge (e.g. FIDIC, NEC or local Portuguese forms).English language proficiency essential; Portuguese and / or Spanish beneficial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
