Join a fast-growing team that is reshaping the real estate experience in Italy You will work side by side with the COO to eliminate inefficiencies and scale operations without linearly increasing headcount. Process Engineering: Map the post-acquisition funnel (from booking to check-out) and identify where we lose time or margin. Design and build an experience that is consistently 10x better than existing alternatives, setting a new benchmark for how property management should feel for both landlords and tenants Coordinate with operations function managers using data-driven insights and optimized workflows. Implement and optimize the tech stack (Ai and automations) to reduce manual tasks to ZERO. Enable a model where people focus on high-value, human interactions with customers, while the underlying operations run 100% automatically in the background. Scalability Planning: If volumes double tomorrow, you already have a plan in place to ensure the organization can absorb the impact. Background: 2–3 years in a consulting firm or in BizOps / Operations roles within a high-growth scale-up. Excel is your native language, but you know how to turn numbers into concrete actions. Location: Our office is located in the Duomo area, Milan. Languages : Full professional proficiency in Italian (to create local content) and English (for internal communication and strategy) Equity: We offer stock option plans so you can participate in the value you help create.
