Promotions Specialist

Maire is also actively engaged in green chemistry and in the development of technologies that support the energy transition. We are currently seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our HR team and support the Group Compensation Coordinator in defining and implementing strategic and operational compensation guidelines across all Group companies. Conduct analysis on remuneration and incentive policies across all Group companies, ensuring consistency and alignment of processes; Contribute to the preparation of the annual “Report on Remuneration Policy and Fees Paid” and support the creation of materials for Remuneration Committee meetings. Flexible mindset and openness to change; ~ Strong communication, planning, organizational, and analytical skills; ~ Fluency in English; ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
