Description We are currently seeking a Wholesale Analyst Intern for our office in Milan, as part of the EMEA Wholesale team. How you will contribute: Supportare l’attività di back office day by day in coordinamento con l’Area Manager Supportare i clienti wholesale su attività giornaliere: delivery, swap, reorders, resi e riparazioni etc in coordinamento con Area Manager e CS Analisi ed estrazioni di avanzamento allocato/spedito in stagione Raccolta dati ST per evento con rispettiva documentazione Supporto mensile nella gestione dei dati analitici (ST/SOH/MR/MTD/YTD) per i clienti SIS/FRANCHISEE E-commerce EMEA: gestione assets e follow up con i clienti. Controllo settimanale dei siti web: rispetto delle linee guida aziendali, corretto allineamento rispetto ai competitors e l’immagine del brand. Supportare l’Area Manager durante le trasferte nella preparazione del materiale/ follow up con clienti Supportare l’Area Manager nell’organizzazione/gestione dei training di formazione per il canale Wholesale SALES CAMPAIGN: Supporto nella gestione/organizzazione degli appuntamenti Supporto nella preparazione del materiale necessario durante la CV (schede budget, dati di ST, merchandising report) Gestione dei clienti durante la campagna vendite in coordinamento con Area Manager Inserimento ordini/modifica ordini e follow up con i clienti Check ordini inseriti a sistema e follow up con CS per invio PO Who you are: Hai la possibilità di attivare uno stage curriculare di almeno 6 mesi - al momento sei iscritto ad un corso di laurea Ottime abilità informatiche ( Excel, PowerPoint) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ( preferibilmente anche una seconda lingua) Esperienza: Stage Back Office o simile all’interno di un team Wholesale Passione per il segmento fashion Ottime doti relazionali Forti capacità analitiche ed organizzative Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente guidato da obiettivi/ ritmi veloci/ orari flessibili Forte etica professionale, alto livello di energia ed orientamento ai dettagli Capacità di lavorare in team Why work with us?
