We focus on optimizing the flow of perishables, eliminating waste at every turn – product, packaging, labor and transportation waste. Our reusable plastic products improve the quality of product delivered, create more efficient supply chains, and are more sustainable than single-use packaging. To strengthen our Customer Service-department at our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy), we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service & Asset Specialist. This role will ensure a seamless customer experience through effective onboarding, order-to-invoice management, and ongoing support. Based in Agrate Brianza (Lombardy) , you will be closely working with internal departments to address customer needs, contributing to quality and continuous improvement among our processes. Customer Relationship Management & Support Act as the primary point of contact for customers in Italy, ensuring prompt and professional support. Manage the customer onboarding process, providing seamless and high-quality experience to build long-term relationships. Support customers in reporting and resolving quality issues, working closely with the Quality Department until full resolution. Ensure a smooth and accurate order-to-invoice process, translating customer needs into operational workflows through constant coordination with relevant teams. Data & Process Administration Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Track and manage asset-related records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and aligned with operational requirements. Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in customer service, order management, and asset tracking. You have a bachelor’s degree or High school diploma or acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in a Customer Support position. You have a very good command of written and spoken Italian and a solid command in English. You know your way around MS Office. Training-on-the job will be provided for our internal software. You are customer oriented and an enthusiastic team player, ensuring operational excellence while fostering strong customer relationships.
