Overview of the Role We are seeking aPeople & Organization Analyststarting in February 2026.The intern’s primary role will be to support thePeople & Organization functionin managing and developing HR initiatives aimed at strengthening arKap & Co’s internal culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.The role will focus onrecruiting, people engagement, learning & development, and internal communication- contributing to the creation of an inspiring and high-performing work environment. You will play an active role in building a cohesive culture, supporting HR processes, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Support therecruitment process(job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding) Assist in thedesign and delivery of learning & development programs Contribute toemployee engagementinitiatives and internal culture projects Support in thedefinition and tracking of HR metrics(performance, retention, satisfaction) Help manageinternal communicationand people-related updates across teams Conductbenchmarking and researchon HR trends, organizational models, and best practicesQualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree inManagement, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields(or close to completion) Stronginterpersonal and organizational skills Interest inHR, people development, and organizational behavior Analytical mindset withattention to detail and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent knowledge of theMS Office 365 suite(especially Excel and PowerPoint) Proficiency in both English and Italian(knowledge of other languages is a plus) Availability to work on-siteTime, Commitment and Remuneration Monthly expense refund Young and dynamic environment Opportunity to learn rapidly and work across HR and marketing domains Exposure to international and cross-functional projectsTo submit the application, send CV (ref.
