Job descriptionFounded in ****, ar Kap & Co is an advisory firm headquartered in Zurich (CH) and offices in Lugano, Torino and Milano (Q******).Our firm supports European Companies and Principal Investors in Corporate Finance and strategy matters to support their growth.Our services are focused and committed on value generation for our clients.Overview of the RoleWe are seeking a People & Organization Analyst starting in February ****.The intern's primary role will be to support the People & Organization function in managing and developing HR initiatives aimed at strengthening ar Kap & Co's internal culture, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.The role will focus on recruiting, people engagement, learning & development, and internal communication - contributing to the creation of an inspiring and high-performing work environment.You will play an active role in building a cohesive culture, supporting HR processes, and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview coordination, onboarding)Assist in the design and delivery of learning & development programsContribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal culture projectsSupport in the definition and tracking of HR metrics (performance, retention, satisfaction)Help manage internal communication and people-related updates across teamsConduct benchmarking and research on HR trends, organizational models, and best practices QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (or close to completion)Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsInterest in HR, people development, and organizational behaviorAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and confidentialityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExcellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite (especially Excel and Power Point)Proficiency in both English and Italian (knowledge of other languages is a plus)Availability to work on-site Time, Commitment and RemunerationMonthly expense refundYoung and dynamic environmentOpportunity to learn rapidly and work across HR and marketing domainsExposure to international and cross-functional projects To submit the application, send CV (ref.
