Some of our local brands have been in consumers' kitchens for over a century and have positioned themselves as authentically loved brands, as well as deeply rooted parts of the local culture.Today, with a turnover of around 986 million euros and a team of around 1.870 people, we are the preferred choice of millions of consumers.Mission Mission :We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and passionate HR Italy local team, based at our office in Milan.This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping and driving engagement, talent management, learning & development, DEI and organization across the Business Units and partnering with all the Business leaders of the different functions (Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Customer Service & HR). The selected candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and their teams, contributing to the evolution of our people strategy and supporting key transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.Role & Responsibilities As a HR Business Partner within the HR Italy team, based at our office in Milan, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting the Business Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within the Business UnitProvide comprehensive HR support across all personnel-related mattersManage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboardingContinuously review, optimize, and manage HR processes, including cross-functional initiativesDrive and support cross-departmental strategic projectsLead the execution and implementation of both operational and strategic HR projectsCollaborate with external HR service providers to ensure high-quality supportPrepare and deliver ad-hoc HR analytics and key performance indicator reportsProjects and process supportEngagement Plan Italy, with actions across local HR.Workvivo channel, with a compelling communication strategySpecific projects on talents for ItalyDEI activitiesContinuous improvement and process standardization projectsWhat can you expect from us?
