La nostra storia inizia nel 1974 a Valdagno (VI), quando Francesco Battistella inizia la produzione di motori elettrici DC in un piccolo capannone preso in affitto. La visione imprenditoriale, l'attenzione per i dettagli e la flessibilità, ci hanno permesso di crescere velocemente in questi anni. Oggi, siamo un team di 10 aziende e 1 brand , specializzati nella progettazione e produzione di soluzioni integrate alimentate a batteria: motori AC e DC , motoriduttori , sistemi di trazione , schede elettroniche , sistemi di movimentazione lineare , alternatori , PMG , regolatori di tensione e automazioni per infissi . Siamo alla ricerca di un INDUSTRIALIZATION & PROJECT ENGINEER da inserire all'interno di AMER S.p.A. , società leader di Amer Group. La risorsa, interfacciandosi con la Direzione di Produzione e l’Ufficio Tecnico, si occuperà principalmente di: Valutare e verificare i processi di produzione e/o movimentazione in ottica di miglioramento continuo; Valutare i flussi produttivi in modo da garantire la massima efficienza di produzione nel rispetto delle scadenze e degli standard qualitativi; Definire il ciclo produttivo corretto per la realizzazione di nuovi prodotti nel rispetto della soluzione progettuale, minimizzando i costi ed ottimizzando le caratteristiche del processo di produzione; Progettare attrezzature e strumenti necessari alla lavorazione dei componenti e all’assemblaggio del prodotto finito; Migliorare la qualità delle attrezzature al fine di ridurre il più possibile le tempistiche di processo e rendere più fluido ed efficiente lo svolgimento; Supportare e monitorare tutte le attività relative ai progetti, verificando l’avanzamento delle singole fasi, individuando eventuali criticità o scostamenti dai tempi pianificati e adottando i necessari provvedimenti correttivi per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati. Il candidato ideale ha una formazione in ambito meccanico e ha maturato esperienza nel medesimo ruolo o ruoli similari. Sarà considerato titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di Solid Works.
