Sitting in the Events & Content Production team, acting as a liaison between Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, will be key to managing shooting of all samples and for-sale items, and delivering assets across the business.Key ResponsabilitiesOversee the production calendar for E-com & B2B shoots.Direct end-to-end shoot operations, supervising external vendors (photographers, set designers, equipment providers, models).Facilitate the casting process.Supervise on-set operations in person (e.g., sample tracking, talent coordination, and troubleshooting unexpected issues).Administer the Image Control Platform, ensuring proper asset distribution and shoot list accuracy.Liaise with internal stakeholders (merchandising, buying, and e-com teams).Coordinate post-production workflows.Essential Skills & RequirementsExperience: 3- 4 years in a similar roleIndustry Knowledge: Enthusiast of fashion, retail, and visual production.Organization: Strong analytical skills with experience in budget tracking.IT Skills: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of PIM / DAM (Chalco) is highly desirable.Languages: Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (Essential).Soft Skills: confident communicator, detail-oriented.#MRN#J-18808-Ljbffr
