Marni is looking for a E-com&B2B Shooting specialist to join the Marketing & Communication team: a critical role in the growth and development of Marni's business. Sitting in the Events & Content Production team, acting as a liaison between Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, will be key to managing shooting of all samples and for-sale items, and delivering assets across the business.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES 

-    Oversee the production calendar for E-com & B2B shoots.
-    Direct end-to-end shoot operations, supervising external vendors (photographers, set designers, equipment providers, models).
-    Facilitate the casting process.
-   Supervise on-set operations in person (e.g., sample tracking, talent coordination, and troubleshooting unexpected issues).
-    Administer the Image Control Platform, ensuring proper asset distribution and shoot list accuracy.
-    Liaise with internal stakeholders (merchandising, buying, and e-com teams).
-    Coordinate post-production workflows.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS 
-    Experience: 3- 4 years in a similar role
-    Industry Knowledge: Enthusiast of fashion, retail, and visual production.
-    Organization: Strong analytical skills with experience in budget tracking.
-    IT Skills: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of PIM/DAM (Chalco) is highly desirable.
-    Languages: Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (Essential).
-    Soft Skills: confident communicator, detail-oriented.
