ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) be a critical engine for our expansion. This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract where you will identify, reach out, and onboard the next wave of high-potential sellers. And later work with these sellers to grow their GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) on our platform in close collaboration with our cross-functional teams.The right candidate would have Sales Development acumen and experience. If you thrive on autonomy, possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, and are ready to take full ownership of high-stakes goals in an evolving, high-velocity environment, we want to hear from you.Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high-potential seller-partners.Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs, translating the unique value of TikTok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions for them.Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying the seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration,
