Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required5–8 years of professional experience in IT for Retail, Omnichannel, or e-commerce environments. Proficient in POS, CRM, ERP platforms, and e-commerce solutions. Solid understanding of digital customer experience workflows and processes. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships. High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit.
