Apply now for the position ofJunior Commercial Lawyer , directly reporting to the General Counsel for Italy, located in our Milan office.Your roleProviding legal support for public procurement and bid challenging procedures within the Italian market.Executing key legal workflows, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.Identifying and mitigating legal and commercial risks to protect business interests.Serving as a trusted legal partner for Siemens Healthineers Italy’s leadership and stakeholders.Engaging proactively within the Country and Zone Legal framework.Partnering with global legal specialists and the international Siemens Healthineers network.Your expertiseItalian Law Degree with a distinguished academic record.Admission to the Italian Bar and registration as a Lawyer.Minimum of 2 years’ legal work experience after IT Bar.Previous experience in international environments (e.g., international law firms or multinational corporations) highly desirable.Solid expertise in Public Procurement and Contract Law.Proven ability to master new legal frameworks; specific knowledge of the Data Act, AI Act, NIS2 and IT Law are significant advantage.Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Full professional fluency in Italian and English.Pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach with a "hands‑on" mentality.Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimise legal workflows and core tasks.For more details about the specific business, visit .We are a team of more than 71 000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
