L’azienda è riconosciuta a livello globale per lo sviluppo di tecnologie avanzate, progetti di New Product Development e strategie di approvvigionamento orientate a qualità, efficienza e sostenibilità. Ricerchiamo uno/a Strategic Sourcing Specialist che si occuperà della gestione di programmi di riduzione costi, della definizione di strategie di sourcing per progetti NPD/NTD e del coinvolgimento dei fornitori strategici fin dalle prime fasi di sviluppo. La figura sarà l’interfaccia tra Ingegneria, Fornitori e Sourcing Commodities, con l’obiettivo di garantire la competitività in termini di qualità, costo e time to market. Responsabilità La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Monitorare i costi materiali e gestire attività di cost reduction e risk/opportunity management. Guidare i piani di sourcing per i progetti NPD/NTD e le attività trasversali di piattaforma. Coinvolgere i fornitori strategici già in fase di concept study. Coordinare le review di sourcing: selezione fornitori, contratti, target cost, qualifiche prodotto/fornitore, lead time e risk management. Migliorare strumenti, processi e interazioni con stakeholder globali. Assicurare l’allineamento con Supplier Development Engineers e commodities globali per la qualifica di nuovi fornitori. Gestire comunicazione e relazioni efficaci con stakeholder interni cross-funzionali. Garantire la conformità ai processi di sourcing. Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Min. 5 anni in strategic sourcing in aziende manifatturiere internazionali. Esperienza in negoziazioni internazionali, contratti e claim management. Esperienza in contesti produttivi e/o sales (plus). Esperienza professionale all’estero (plus). Ottime capacità di negoziazione e relazione. Certificazione Lean Specialist e/o Green Belt gradita. Completano il profilo: Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e organizzare attività complesse Attitudine proattiva al problem solving Ottime doti relazionali per interagire con team interni e clienti Sede: Parma #LI-AR1
