Your Mission Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity as a Technical Sales Distribution with us. This is a Part‑time position, 35 hrs weekly. Being a Technical Sales Distribution is an exciting task because you are the superhero our clients need. You will set up our solutions to satisfy their needs. Your most important tasks include: Training distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution, installation, commissioning, and FAQ. Escalating sales blocks on product in time to local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcasting the solution of sales blocks to customers once there is via training or statements. Visiting key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks on product and new requests for portfolio with a clear to‑purchase volume. Studying and reporting local market size changes for each portfolio sector, and local competitor portfolio monthly. Studying local new grid standard, renewable energy law, white‑labeling opportunity, and 3rd‑party EMS or battery compatibility opportunity. Checking the sales forecast with local sales team monthly, especially whether the portfolio is correct and the forecast on each product is reasonable. Your Profile We are looking for someone with: Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, or a similar background; or a higher education qualification or business‑related studies with a technical counterpart. Experience in the renewable energy industry for approximately 2 years. Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and commercial skills. Passion, desire, and motivation to succeed. Language requirements: Italian and English at least C1. Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean‑tech industry. Attention to detail, able to dive into details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand‑aligned experience. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
