Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)Start Date: 29 January 2026Department: Marketing CSShift Model: Initial schedule: 12-hour hoop (Monday–Sunday) Shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 Future schedule (date TBC): 24/7 operation with rotative shifts Two rotating days off Role Summary We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist fluent in Italian and English to manage paid campaigns, support digital marketing operations, and collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role based in Lisbon. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. Provide customer service support related to advertising technology products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality campaign performance. Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign metrics. Support clients through a contact centre environment. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance objectives. Requirements Mandatory: Experience in paid campaign management. Degree in Marketing or related field. Previous experience in Digital Marketing. Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company. Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising. Excellent customer service–oriented skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Fluency in Italian + English .
