Marketing Specialist
and take the lead on exciting EU regional marketing initiatives

In this role, you will champion owned and paid events across Europe, craft compelling marketing content for customers and partners, and manage campaign messaging through email, social media, and newsletters. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and customer-focused approach will be key to delivering engaging exhibitions, summits, webinars, and other digital marketing activities that elevate our brand and commercial success.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Planning:
  Collaborate with Marketing Communications Managers to design and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy across Europe, maximizing reach and engagement through exhibitions, summits, webinars, and more.
• Content Creation:
  Partner with digital marketing teams to develop impactful copy and communications for social media and email campaigns, highlighting the benefits of our solutions and enhancing brand equity.
• Brand Promotion:
  Manage placement of paid and unpaid content in industry publications and on LinkedIn, working closely with product and management teams to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Distributor Communications:
  Develop and implement targeted communication strategies for distributors through emails, webinars, and other channels to boost engagement and sales.
• Event Management:
  Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring events are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Collaborate with Commercial and Distribution teams on roadshows, open days, conferences, and supplier coordination.
• Lead Generation:
  Drive acquisition of high-quality marketing-qualified leads and work closely with sales and business development to convert opportunities.
• Collaboration:
  Work across teams and with external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful event delivery.
• Market Intelligence:
  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in key regions (Nordics, Iberia, Italy, DACH, etc.) to inform strategies and innovate event approaches.
• Budget Oversight:
  Manage marketing budgets effectively to optimize ROI.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Planning and execution of events, expos, trade shows and/or conferences, and webinars.
• Marketing content generation, including impactful, memorable copy for email and social marketing.
• Managing agency and vendor relationships, especially on the creation of marketing materials.
• Project management and Channel Marketing.
• Track record of process improvement to drive ROI and market visibility.
• Fluency is English and Italian
• Flexibility to travel across Europe 20-40% of the year.
• Enthusiasm for working in a hybrid environment, splitting time between home and our Florence office.
