Main activities Gestire server, PC, stampanti e dispositivi di rete attraverso Windows e Linux Amministrare sistemi operativi e applicazioni aziendali proprietarie Gestire le licenze software e garantire la conformità normativa Supervisionare la sicurezza informatica (backup, antivirus, firewall, GDPR) Coordinare interventi di fornitori esterni e consulenti IT Gestire la rete locale (LAN), connessioni internet e sistemi VoIP Gestire lo sviluppo e la manutenzione di applicativi in ambente Java/Java EE Pianificare aggiornamenti tecnologici e proporre miglioramenti Supportare il personale interno con assistenza tecnica di primo e secondo livello Redigere documentazione tecnica e report periodici. Requirements Hard Skills Diploma o Laurea in Informatica e Ingegneria Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente in realtà di piccole-medie dimensioni produttive o commerciali Fondamentale conoscenza nello sviluppo di applicativi gestionali in Java EE (full stack) Predisposizione all’utilizzo di prodotti open source Fondamentale conoscenza dei seguenti database relazionali: Oracle, MariaDb, Postgresql Buona capacità di utilizzo di: Tomcat, JSP, Servlet, Javascript Conoscenza delle Applicazioni desktop, in particolare Java SWT Conoscenza dei Sistemi operativi: Linux e Windows Competenze di networking, amministrazione di reti, gestione server e ambienti virtualizzati Conoscenza di sistemi gestionali, protocolli di rete e normative privacy Soft Skills Capacità di problem solving, autonomia e gestione di più attività contemporanee Attitudine al lavoro in team e al supporto degli utenti interni Capacità di adattamento Curiosità Proattività Flessibilità.
