This department is highly data-driven and focused on developing at‑scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels. You will be able to learn and grow by working closely with experts from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.In this role, you’ll get to:Set Marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing)Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s Flights business on different channelsConduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insightsDevelop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growthPartner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or TableauCommunicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior managementWhat you’ll need to succeed:Extensive Experience: 5-7 years in Data Analyst position or otherwise in projects involving big data — preferably in the tech, e‑commerce, or digital marketing industry. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math or Engineering or Economics and Finance is a plus.Data‑Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, translate data into actionable insights, and generate impactful recommendations. Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, Tableau and MS ExcelInnovative Problem‑Solving Skills: The ability to tackle complex challenges in a non‑linear fashion is essential.
