Randstad Talent Selection è la specialty che si occupa della Ricerca & Selezione di professionisti qualificati.Per azienda cliente, partner globale nel mercato immobiliare, siamo alla ricerca di unMAINTENANCE TEAM LEADERTipologia contrattuale : contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL metalmeccanico livello C3, RAL indicativa €.Benefit : ticket da 8€.Sede di lavoro : MilanoOrario di lavoro : 2 turni lunedì-venerdì o .Di cosa ti occuperai?Sarai il punto di riferimento per la gestione operativa e la manutenzione di tutti i sistemi tecnologici presso il cliente assegnato, coordinando un team di tecnici specializzati. Nello specifico ti occuperai di:coordinamento: gestione della tua squadra, pianificando e assegnando le attività quotidiane e garantendo l'esecuzione degli interventi; gestione degli impianti: conduzione e monitoraggio degli impianti tecnologici, con particolare attenzione ai sistemi HVAC e al BMS; gestione ticket: ricezione delle segnalazioni di guasto e definizione delle priorità di intervento; interventi tecnici: diagnosi e risoluzione dei guasti sugli impianti meccanici, quali riparazione e sostituzione di componenti (es. valvole, fan coil, UTA); relazione con il cliente: contatto diretto con il cliente per raccogliere le esigenze e fornire aggiornamenti sullo stato dei lavori.Quali requisiti cerchiamo?almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo; conoscenza di impianti meccanici e sistemi BMS; flessibilità oraria e nello svolgimento delle mansioni; disponibilità alla reperibilità indicativamente una settimana al mese; doti di leadership.-- La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
