Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist (Fixed-term contract) We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in HR or recruitment, looking to further develop their skills in a dynamic environment. Your Day-to-day Activities Onboarding CoordinationManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including entering data into HR systems, preparing documentation, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Act as the main point of contact for new joiners, providing clear communication and support throughout their onboarding journey. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (IT, Line Managers, Facilities, etc.) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare and deliver onboarding communications and materials.Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentSupport the full recruitment cycle for intern and entry-level positions: job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and recruitment events. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.Intern & Administrative ManagementOversee administrative processes related to interns and contingents, including contract preparation, onboarding, and offboarding. Monitor and track invoices, costs, and budgets related to recruitment activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Reporting & AnalysisCollect and analyze data on recruitment and onboarding effectiveness; prepare reports for management. Who we’re looking for1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, knowledge of SAP Success Factors considered a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent level of English.
