EURAM Livestock Milking and Automation Commercial Leader

Purpose of the role The EURAM Livestock Milking and Automation Commercial Leader is primarily responsible for executing the Milking and Automation portion of our dairy strategy. This role partners closely with global marketing, local sales leads, and technical teams to coordinate the successful execution and deployment of our products, services, and brands in the dairy space; the core activity would be to accelerate the technology solutions’ adoption, while executing launch excellence, according to our rich innovation roadmap. The role is responsible for presenting carefully outlined business cases to executive leadership. Principal Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead the development of EURAM commercial plans for products including price, customer experience, sales collateral, and forecasting for dairy monitoring solutions. Partner with the SenseHub Behaviour Monitoring Lead to strategically position our Milking and Automation solutions to better support customer expansion and retention. Partner with the Global Technology Roadmap Lead to successfully execute the dairy strategy, while positioning the EURAM innovation needs to feed the global pipeline and roadmap accordingly. Driven by customer centricity, understand the value drivers of current and new customers, the industry, and public policy to identify unmet demands and generate input to the strategic direction of the Milking and Automation portfolio and business models. Create relationships with BU Directors and GMs, establishing regular collaboration and fluid communication. Maintain engagement, regular feedback, and clear communication with internal stakeholders (R&D Tech Labs and Data Labs, Marketing, Commercial, Commercial Operations, Customer Support) including MAH Local, Regional and Global teams. Look for external partners, traditional and non‑traditional stakeholders in the milk industry and automation, including the data space.
