Per conto di un gruppo finanziario indipendente con team specializzati sia in asset tradizionali che digitali, stiamo selezionando un Crypto Quant Trader con comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo, test e deploy di strategie proprietarie sui mercati crypto e DeFi. L'ambiente è snello e meritocratico , con accesso a capitale proprietario , supporto tecnico e libertà operativa. Il team è composto da figure di alto profilo provenienti da hedge fund, prop trading house e realtà crypto-native. ResponsabilitàSviluppo e gestione end-to-end di strategie di trading quantitativo su crypto (CEX e DEX) Backtest, validazione statistica e ottimizzazione dei modelli Monitoraggio costante delle performance, gestione del rischio e adattamento dinamico delle strategie Collaborazione con team tech e sviluppo per l'automazione e la scalabilità dell'infrastruttura Contributo alla ricerca su nuove opportunità di alpha in ambito DeFi, liquidity mining, arbitraggio, ecc. RequisitiEsperienza comprovata in crypto trading quantitativo , con track record verificabile Background solido in finanza quantitativa e/o prop trading Capacità di operare in autonomia su tutte le fasi: ideazione, execution, ottimizzazione Conoscenze avanzate di Python e tool di analisi/statistica (NumPy, Pandas, backtrader, ecc.) Esperienza con CEX (Binance, Bybit, Coinbase Pro…) e DEX (Uniswap, Curve, GMX, ecc.) Plus: esperienza con infrastrutture DeFi, bridge, smart contract, oracles Profilo idealeMindset indipendente e imprenditoriale Forte orientamento al risk-adjusted return Abituato a lavorare in ambienti non strutturati , ad alta responsabilità e autonomia Interesse nel contribuire alla costruzione e crescita del desk OffertaAccesso a capitale proprietario e P&L ownership Struttura di compensation altamente competitiva , legata alla performance Possibilità di equity / profit sharing Inquadramento flessibile in base al profilo Location: Remote\Milan
