This role is based in the vibrant city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customers' lives. Key Responsibilities Include:Providing expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email. Troubleshooting technical issues and offering empathetic, timely solutions.> Assisting clients with documentation, order entries, and product shipments. Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail.In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. You’ll also benefit from a Portuguese employment contract, which includes holiday and Christmas bonuses, private health insurance, and meal allowances. Relocation support is provided and includes furnished accommodations, utility coverage, and on-the-ground assistance to ensure a smooth transition to Lisbon.
