By joining our team, you will become part of this network and play a key role in driving meaningful conversations and partnerships.Your Role as Global Sales & Business Development Coordinator:- Represent The Energy Year in new markets, living and working internationally- Conduct high-level sales meetings with CEOs, ministers, and senior executives- Develop and manage client relationships across multiple industries- Lead sales campaigns and communication projects from start to finish- Negotiate and close high-value advertising and partnership deals- Represent the company at industry summits, conferences, and forums- Oversee the full project cycle as our on-the-ground representativeWhat We’re Looking For:- Academic background in business, economics, communications, or related fields- 1–3 years of professional experience (strong graduates will also be considered)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with senior professionals- Confidence, independence, and adaptability in new environments- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are an advantage)- Full availability to travel and relocate internationallyWhat We Offer:- Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions- Full relocation support: flights, housing, and logistical arrangements covered- Comprehensive international health insurance- Intensive training and mentorship to accelerate your development- A structured career path with clear opportunities for advancement—many of our directors began in this role- Exposure to the world’s most important economic and energy developments at a senior levelThis position is not only a job but a career-defining opportunity.
