By joining our team, you will become part of this network and play a key role in driving meaningful conversations and partnerships.Your Role as Global Sales & Business Development Coordinator:Represent The Energy Year in new markets, living and working internationallyConduct high-level sales meetings with CEOs, ministers, and senior executivesDevelop and manage client relationships across multiple industriesLead sales campaigns and communication projects from start to finishNegotiate and close high-value advertising and partnership dealsRepresent the company at industry summits, conferences, and forumsOversee the full project cycle as our on-the-ground representativeWhat We're Looking For:Academic background in business, economics, communications, or related fields1–3 years of professional experience (strong graduates will also be considered)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with senior professionalsConfidence, independence, and adaptability in new environmentsFluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are an advantage)Full availability to travel and relocate internationallyWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary with performance-based commissionsFull relocation support: flights, housing, and logistical arrangements coveredComprehensive international health insuranceIntensive training and mentorship to accelerate your developmentA structured career path with clear opportunities for advancement—many of our directors began in this roleExposure to the world's most important economic and energy developments at a senior levelThis position is not only a job but a career-defining opportunity.
