IT Business Analyst In this role, you will support the digital transformation of the company analyzing new developments, maintain and validate the existing core systems and new solutions. You will have also the opportunity to join and support international digital initiatives leading the related activities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement software integrations. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and systems. Lead IT projects and initiatives. Support and enhance the current core platforms in place. Perform UAT/validations activities. Maintain and administer current core systems. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Native Italian speaker. Knowledge of the financial sector, preferably leasing. Proficiency in PL/SQL and software integrations (API). Experience in Agile frameworks Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
