The Role & What You Will Be Doing The scope of the IT Business Analyst role is to ensure the effective execution of technology initiatives in the Italian market and to support the organization's ongoing digital transformation. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the IT Business Analyst Intern will contribute: Collaborate closely with Italian Commercial stakeholders as part of the European Commercial IT organization, supporting the delivery of strategic technological initiatives. Act as a key liaison between Italian teams and Global/Regional IT functions, ensuring alignment and facilitating communication on priority initiatives. Contribute to critical transformation projects, including the SAP S/4HANA implementation and initiatives in areas such as advanced analytics, digital marketing, CRM, and process automation. Support business process analysis, contributing to the documentation, verification, and validation of current and future state processes related to major IT programs and roadmaps. Assist in gathering and structuring business requirements, helping to identify opportunities for digital transformation and supporting the design of automation solutions. Reinforce local IT governance, fostering strong collaboration with global and regional IT teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in both Italian and English is required. Should be proficient with Microsoft 365, ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), and data & analytics / reporting tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
