Logistics and Transportation ManagerRole Description: We are looking for a Logistics Manager — with secondary responsibility for Transportation — who will lead and optimize all activities related to goods handling, logistics flow management, and transport coordination. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency, on-time deliveries, and a high level of service for customers and partners.Main ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor logistics and transportation activities.Supervise order preparation, inventory management, and inbound/outbound operations.Track logistics KPIs (on-time performance, costs, vehicle utilization, lead time).Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.Optimize warehouse handling and workflow processes.Coordinate the internal logistics operations team, fostering efficiency and collaboration.Optimize transportation costs.Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and documentation regulations.Propose innovative solutions to improve processes, timing, and service quality.RequirementsProven experience in logistics roles, preferably within structured companies.Strong command of IT tools and management software.Negotiation skills with carriers and suppliers.Knowledge of transportation, customs, and shipping documentation regulations.Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and priority management.Leadership, team-coordination skills, and a results-oriented mindset.Nice to HaveExperience in retail or fashion environments.Knowledge of logistics flow optimization systems.What We OfferA strategic role with decision-making autonomy.The opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of logistics processes.A collaborative, innovation-driven work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
