Azienda commerciale consolidata, operante nella vendita e distribuzione di prodotti di largo consumo, ricerca un/una Area Sales Manager da inserire nel proprio organico per il potenziamento della struttura commerciale. MansioniGestire e ampliare il portafoglio clienti assegnato, assicurando la presenza dei prodotti sul mercato; Pianificare e monitorare le attività commerciali sul territorio di competenza; Raccogliere e analizzare i dati di mercato, individuando trend e opportunità di sviluppo; Curare le trattative con clienti direzionali e distributori locali; Coordinare la forza vendita e supportarla nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.Requisiti richiestiEsperienza, anche breve, in ruoli di tipo commerciale o gestione vendite; Spiccate capacità relazionali e negoziali; Orientamento ai risultati e attitudine alla pianificazione; Buona conoscenza degli strumenti digitali per la reportistica e la gestione delle attività; Disponibilità a trasferte nel territorio assegnato.OffertaContratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi prorogabili; Retribuzione commisurata all’esperienza, con incentivi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi; Formazione retribuita sul prodotto e affiancamento da parte della direzione commerciale; Orario full time, dal lunedì al venerdì.#J-18808-Ljbffr
