Sei pronto a entrare in un ruolo da Gamechanger dove puoi fare davvero la differenza?Concentrix è alla ricerca di un Team Leader esperto in inbound sales per unirsi al nostro dinamico team presso la sede di Lecce.Se hai passione per le operazioni di customer service e desideri intraprendere una nuova sfida professionale con noi, vogliamo conoscertiIl Team Leader riporterà direttamente all'Operations Manager e sarà responsabile della gestione operativa del team, del monitoraggio delle performance e del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e qualità.Responsabilità principali:Lead and Inspire: Supervisionerai un team di circa 30 agenti di customer service , garantendo che il loro lavoro e la loro presenza siano conformi alle politiche aziendali.Coaching to Success: Fornirai coaching regolari ai membri del team per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di performance.Performance Management: Identificherai criticità e implementarai i vari piani di miglioramento, inclusa la gestione di azioni correttive del team per raggiungere i KPI previstiAchieve Excellence : Assicurarerai che i servizi rispettino i KPI contrattuali e gli obiettivi finanziari.Communication Expert: Stabilirai aspettative chiare e fornirai aggiornamenti tempestivi al team.Handle Escalation: Interverrai in situazioni complesse o critiche con professionalitàMeeting Management: Condurrai Team Meeting per condividere informazioni, favorendo un ambiente inclusivo e rispettoso delle policy aziendaliKPI e SAL: Monitorarai costantemente i KPI e parteciparai alle SAL (Service Alignment Meetings) .Stay informed: Da Active learner sarai sempre informato sui processi interni e parteciperai alle varie attività con lo scopo di accrescere il tuo bagaglio di competenzePromote Values: Incarnarai e promuoverai i valori di Concentrix attraverso il tuo comportamento e atteggiamento.Chi cerchiamo, un* #gamechangerCommunication Oriented: Ottime capacità verbali e scritte, con conoscenza dell’inglese a livello B1 .Inspirator and Mentor : Capacità di guidare team, gestire priorità e multitasking.Flexible: Disponibile a lavorare su turni dal lunedì alla domenica, nella fascia oraria 08:00 – 24:00 .Active Mentor: Forte motivazione nel coaching e nello sviluppo dei collaboratori.Plus: Esperienza in vendite e attività outbound sarà considerata un vantaggio.Perché unirti a noi?Stabilità: Contratto a tempo indeterminato - CCNL TelecomunicazioniRetribuzione competitiva: Salario interessante e piano bonus.Formazione continua: Accesso a Concentrix University e LinkedIn Learning .Crescita professionale: Opportunità di sviluppo in un contesto internazionale.Sede di Lavoro: LecceDiversity Disclaimer:At Concentrix, we respect and celebrate the diversity of our game-changers.
