Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. About the role Launch your career in sales with a dynamic internship at Reckitt This is not your average sales role; it's a springboard into understanding the fast-paced world of sales from the inside out. As an intern in our sales organisation, you'll learning about analysis, 4P strategy and customer engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience across diverse brands and play a supportive role in driving our business objectives. Your responsibilities Supporting the tracking of the 4P guidelines (Presence, Positioning, Promotion, Price) by channel Analysis of sell out data (“Nielsen” database) and identification of mind gap versus brand plan Interaction with Sales and Marketing functions Implementation and evaluation of launch plans and category projects (“spaceman” tool) Monitoring of Sales KPIs; creation of presentations for the sales force Management of communications flow to the sales force Relationship with communication agencies The experience we're looking for MSc Degree in Economics Fluency in English & Italian Great Excel skills The skills for success Analytical skills, Business acumen, Building cross functional partnership.
