We take pride in our people-centred approach, fostering a culture of care not only for our clients but also for our employees. “Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.”We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong administrative background, and wants to build a career in Human Resources.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelinesManage end-to-end recruitment of care staff and office staff (advertising, screening, interviewing).Complete compliance checks: right-to-work, references, training.Coordinate staff onboarding and induction training.Maintain HR records in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor and arrange mandatory training and refresher courses.Handle employee relations issues (absence, performance, complaints).Conduct probation reviews and support appraisals.Promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives.QualificationsCertificate IV or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards)Previous experience in an administrative or HR role (preferred)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle confidential information with integritySound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and relevant Awards (preferred)Preferred SkillsWhat We OfferOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and inclusive work environment.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee satisfaction and organizational success.Join UsPassionate about starting or growing your career in Human ResourcesA great communicator with a friendly and professional attitudeReady to support a busy HR team and make a positive impact every daySomeone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
