We take pride in our people-centred approach, fostering a culture of care not only for our clients but also for our employees. “Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve.” We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people, has a strong administrative background, and wants to build a career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Help ensure compliance with Fair Work and SCHADS Award guidelines Manage end-to-end recruitment of care staff and office staff (advertising, screening, interviewing). Complete compliance checks: right-to-work, references, training. Coordinate staff onboarding and induction training. Maintain HR records in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and arrange mandatory training and refresher courses. Handle employee relations issues (absence, performance, complaints). Conduct probation reviews and support appraisals.Promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives.Qualifications Certificate IV or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or working towards) Previous experience in an administrative or HR role (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle confidential information with integritySound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and relevant Awards (preferred)Preferred Skills What We OfferOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.
