Software Development Engineer / Full-Stack Developer, RingAre you interested in the camera area and want to work with Amazon Ring camera products? If so, this could be your dream position. As a Software Development Engineer working as a full‑stack developer, you will collaborate with IQ Engineers to transform test results into a user‑friendly portal. You’ll use the latest technologies in web development and keep your skills up to date.This role requires full‑stack development skills. The main coding language is Python, and ReactJS knowledge is appreciated. We use AWS Cloud to run the software, so basic AWS deployment skills are required.In this position you will get to see cutting‑edge camera products before they hit the market.At Tampere, we have a team of camera experts and an Amazon Ring expert network to support your success.Key Job ResponsibilitiesGet the most out of tests and measurement capabilities, presenting data in an understandable format.Mine additional insights from the given data.Use Python skills and basic algorithmic knowledge to optimize processes.Apply camera knowledge when available to accelerate onboarding.A Day in the LifeWhen a new test is created and produces measurements in JSON, an IQ Engineer wants a simple analysis that displays results as traffic lights. You start by creating a PoC. In the long run, you also work on optimizing the video‑analysis algorithm to produce the same data in less time.
