Manpower seleziona per Azienda del Commercio all'ingrosso di fertilizzanti e di altri prodotti chimici per l'agricoltura un/una Specialista Regolatorio Commerciale EMEA. Ruolo e Responsabilità: Risponde alle problematiche dei clienti relative all'area Regolatoria. Fornisce risposte accurate e puntuali ai problemi dei clienti relativi all'area Regolatoria (documentazione, specifiche delle materie prime, questionari di qualità). Garantisce il rispetto dei processi regolatori EMEA. Rivede mensilmente le performance del dipartimento con i manager locali. Assicura che la documentazione regolatoria sia aggiornata e accurata. È responsabile della revisione annuale dei requisiti documentali dei fornitori. Forma i Supplier & Product Management sulle richieste di documentazione regolatoria. Si mantiene aggiornato sulle normative grazie agli input dei team Qualità / EHS e le condivide con le risorse aziendali pertinenti. Analizza e valuta l'impatto di nuove normative e cambiamenti legislativi sull’attività regolatoria commerciale. Supporta il team di Supplier & Product Management nel creare il miglior team di interfaccia con i fornitori. Fornisce supporto regolatorio a Supplier & Product Management. Contribuisce alla valutazione della performance regolatoria dei fornitori. Forma i Supplier & Product Management sui requisiti degli Affari Regolatori. Gestisce l'aggiornamento e l'archiviazione della documentazione dei prodotti in modo chiaro ed efficace. Assicura l'acquisizione e l'uso efficace delle informazioni regolatorie. Dimostra comportamenti che favoriscono l'integrazione nel business, condividendone le performance. Garantisce i più alti standard EHS per il personale, le attrezzature e l'ambiente. Condivide le best practices e promuove la comunicazione. Profilo Ideale: Laurea in CTF, Farmacia o in ambito chimico. Ottime capacità comunicative e di spiegare concetti tecnici. Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Elevata motivazione, curiosità, entusiasmo, apertura mentale e capacità di lavorare in un contesto internazionale. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Condizioni: Ticket: 8 euro per giorno lavorato. Smart working: 2 giorni a settimana, con richiesta di maggiore presenza nel primo periodo per onboarding. #J-18808-Ljbffr
