Latina is a leading centre of excellence in sterile liquid production with a strategic investment plan to become one of Europes foremost hubs. Your key responsibilities Lead the identification and execution of complex cross-functional improvement initiatives. Develop and deploy advanced Lean tools and methodologies (e.g. Kaizen Events DMAIC A3 Problem Solving). Proactively identify and prioritize high-impact improvement areas aligned with business objectives. Act as a key contributor to the site or corporate Continuous Improvement strategy. Define KPIs and drive performance reviews related to improvement initiatives. Lead internal audits and continuous improvement assessments. Coach mentor and train colleagues at various levels to embed a culture of Operational Excellence. Serve as a point of reference for best practices and process standardization across functions. Operates with high autonomy; trusted to make decisions and lead initiatives independently impacts multiple departments or business units; may interface with senior leadership. Strong mentoring and coaching role; may act as a subject matter expert and leader of project teams. Your profile Masters degree in Engineering Industrial Management Life Sciences or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence Lean Transformation or Continuous Improvement roles within structured organizations with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
