Your Tasks Manage the integration into the Mutares finance and reporting processes of our portfolio companies on-site and support the Operations finance workstream Work closely with the CFO, the local finance team as well as the Mutares restructuring team on site and the Mutares Group finance team of the Holding Manage the financial integration of new acquisitions into the Mutares Group (e.g. establish opening balance, manage PPA, perform IFRS conversion) Manage and improve financial statement closing and other finance/controlling processes and at the same time establish a well-functioning finance organisation in the portfolio company Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit processes Your Profile At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or a Big4 consulting firm (both preferably with restructuring experience) or controlling/finance department of an industry firm  Finance-related degree from a reputable university or business school Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, experience with SAP or other ERP systems or LucaNet is a plus Business fluent in German and French Willingness to travel 2 -3 days per week What Mutares offers Working as part of a highly motivated, international, committed and agile team that enjoys working together Exciting working environment with changing challenges and tasks for a continuous personal and professional development Attractive remuneration combined with flexible working hours Intensive on-boarding phase in a collegial environment Regular team events and offsites Apply now
