Carlo Gavazzi Impianti è alla ricerca di unProject Managerche pianifichi, esegua, finalizzi e supervisioni la realizzazione dei nostri progetti in Italia, sia per l'ufficio che per il sito, rispettando gli obblighi contrattuali e gli obiettivi stabiliti.Responsabilità principali:Monitorare l'applicazione del piano di esecuzione del progetto; Supportare il Proposal Manager nella definizione del piano di esecuzione; Creare ed eseguire i piani di lavoro, guidando il team e gestendo le fasi operative; Promuovere la responsabilità dei membri del team e applicare gli standard aziendali; Garantire il rispetto dei requisiti di salute, sicurezza e ambiente. Assicurare la completezza e l'aggiornamento della documentazione del progetto; Facilitare la comunicazione del team e preparare la reportistica sullo stato delle attività; Tenere traccia di tempi e costi del progetto, implementando azioni di recupero; Supervisionare e controllare le attività di ingegneria, approvvigionamento e costruzione; Gestire le questioni contrattuali con terzi e valutare modifiche e deviazioni. Gestire il processo di chiusura del progetto e prevedere le attività future.Requisiti:Laurea in ingegneria; 6-8 anni di esperienza come Project Control Manager o Deputy Project Manager; Gradita esperienza maturata in un'azienda EPC nel settore ferroviario e/o Power Generation e/o T&D; Conoscenza della gestione dei progetti e competenze nelle tecniche e strumenti correlati; Buone capacità comunicative e interpersonali; Capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione, pensiero critico e problem solving.
