Technical Customer Success Manager (E-Invoicing) & PolandJoin fiskaly Help Us Simplify Receipts for MillionsLocation: Vienna (Hybrid) Preferred; Remote options available in Germany, Spain, or Italy.Language requirements: English (C1+) and Polish (C1+) are mandatory. German, Italian, Spanish, or French are a plus.Experience requirements: 3+ years in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or API Integration.Employment type: Full-time under local labor law (no freelancing).Millions of people interact with fiskaly daily as a B2B company powering digital receipts and secure transactions. We help retailers in Italy go fully digital and eliminate the need for hardware like fiscal printers.By making receipts tamper-proof through digital signatures, we help fight tax fraud and offer paperless solutions that streamline operations.You will be the primary technical guide for customers integrating our E-Invoicing API. You will support our European customer base (Italy, Spain, France, Germany) and act as the key “Subject Matter Expert” for expansion into the Polish market, ensuring readiness for the KSeF mandate and seamless data
