In this role The Distributor manager will win, maintain and expand relationships with resellers, system integrators, and Cloud Service Provider via the Distributor/Aggregator and will be responsible for achieving indirect sales targets, pipeline generation targets such as partner recruitment and readiness objectives.The Distribution Manager is responsible to support the sale of Veeam Data Security Solution via the Distribution/Aggregation by recruiting, training and enabling channel partners and Cloud Service Providers together with the Distributors/Aggregators. The Distribution Manager must develop executive-level relationships with the CxO teams of the Distributors/Aggregators and coordinate all the activities with the sales/presales/inside-sales/marketing teams of the Distribution.The role carries a sales quota and requires working closely with the Partner Channel Marketing team to drive joint demand-generation campaign and with field and inside Sales colleagues to manage and growth opportunities and cloud consumptions through Distributors.Operating at a strategic level, the candidate will define the Distributor/Aggregator strategy in Italy to build comprehensive coverage in the market and to guarantee that the assigned target are properly approached and reached.The Distribution Manager will work in an international contest having the possibility to share experiences and best practices and work in team with his peers in EMEA.
