Dal 2018, Agap2 Italia opera sul territorio nazionale nei seguenti settori: Energy, Oil&Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, Construction e IT.ABOUT THE ROLE - HSE SupervisorHSE SupervisorContratto a tempo indeterminato (Full Time)Sedi: Milano (4 giorni a settimana) – Torino (1 giorno a settimana)Descrizione del ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di un/una HSE Supervisor che supporti le attività di Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente nei cantieri situati tra Lombardia, Piemonte e Valle d'Aosta.La figura selezionata lavorerà prevalentemente presso la sede di Milano, con una giornata alla settimana presso la sede di Torino. Sono previsti spostamenti quotidiani presso i diversi cantieri delle regioni indicate, effettuati tramite auto aziendale fornita.Responsabilità principali- Gestione, aggiornamento e controllo della documentazione di sicurezza in cantiere.- Supporto operativo e documentale durante gli audit di qualità svolti da auditor esterni.- Verifica della corretta applicazione delle procedure HSE e del rispetto delle normative vigenti.- Monitoraggio quotidiano delle attività di cantiere e segnalazione di eventuali non conformità.- Collaborazione con Project Manager, responsabili di cantiere e funzioni interne per garantire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e conforme.Requisiti- Esperienza di 3 – 4 anni in ruoli HSE, preferibilmente in ambito cantieristico o industriale.- Conoscenza della normativa italiana in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08).- Disponibilità a spostamenti quotidiani tra i diversi cantieri (auto aziendale fornita).- Ottime capacità organizzative, attenzione al dettaglio e autonomia nella gestione delle attività.- Buone capacità relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team.Plus- Conoscenza della norma ISO 45001 e/o esperienza in audit HSE.Offerta- Contratto full time a tempo indeterminato- Auto aziendale per gli spostamenti giornalieri tra i cantieri.- Opportunità di lavorare in un contesto tecnico strutturato e orientato alla qualità.AGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer: crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.
