Role DescriptionThe IT Delivery Specialist is a hands‑on role responsible for configuring the software product based on specifications provided by consultants, managing integrations with banking services, and providing technical support throughout the delivery cycle. The specialist works closely with internal teams (functional consultants and product development) to ensure proper functioning of implemented solutions, including debugging, developing integration components, and tracking tickets.Main TasksConfigure software product setups to be implemented, based on consultants' requests.Debug code based on reports and anomalies.Develop system integration components for banking services (APIs, middleware).Monitor and manage tickets via Help Desk (product issues) and Jira (SIT/UAT issues).Collaborate with development and operations teams for rapid problem resolution.Document implemented activities and solutions.Main RequirementsDegree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.Alternatively, a technical‑industrial diploma with focus on IT and minimum 3 years’ experience in the IT sector.Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments.Good knowledge of English.SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (both client and server) or high level of autonomy without requiring administrative skills.Knowledge of MSSQL or ability to read an ER diagram, understand its semantics, read queries, and make changes if necessary.Team player.Ability to work under stressful conditions (e.g., end of UAT project).Problem‑solving skills.Knowledge of .NET (C#) object‑oriented programming languages.Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and system integration.Additional ValueKnowledge of MS PowerShell.Knowledge of containerization principles and main container orchestrators (Kubernetes).Knowledge of Angular language (framework used for front‑end development).Knowledge of cloud computing management (preferably MS Azure).What We OfferCompensation, Welfare & BenefitOur investment in people is based on the Total Compensation concept which includes a fixed and variable component, a Welfare Plan, and various benefits for well‑being.Remote WorkingRemote working is organized on a basis of trust, delivering work/life balance and environmental benefits while enabling autonomy.People ProgramOur evaluation system focuses on continuous dialogue and mutual professional growth, supported by fully digital processes.TrainingAbout 11 days of training per year, in person and online, with a strong focus on younger colleagues and continuous knowledge
